The property consists of 457 units universal symbol violations at an unlicensed cannabis business; 4,625 units cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 30416 and Business and Professions Code section 22980.6 on February 10, 2026, at 12:15pm from MG Smoke & Vape, DBA: MG Smoke & Vape, located at 5995 Mission Gorge Rd, Ste B, San Diego, CA 92120-4028.
