The property consists of 76 units untaxed tobacco products; 2,765 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,419 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; 248 units flavor ban tobacco products; 51 packs unstamped, non-MSA, flavor ban, U.S. Tax Exempt cigarettes; 10 packs flavor ban cigarettes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on February 10, 2026, at 12:15pm from MG Smoke & Vape, DBA MG Smoke & Vape, located at 5995 Mission Gorge Rd, Ste B, San Diego, CA 92120-4028.
