The property consists of 275 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 769 units of tobacco products, various brands, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 269 units of nicotine vape, various brands, disposable devices, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 815 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 218 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on July 10, 2025, at 11:44 a.m., from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Smoke Shop, located at 110 Lincoln Blvd, Lincoln, CA 95648-1808.
