The property consists of 442 units of various untaxed tobacco products; 479 units of various untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 161 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products; 369 units of various untaxed flavored nicotine vape products; 2,382 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 201 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on July 10, 2025, at 12:50 p.m. from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Smoke Shop, located at 6688 Lonetree Blvd Ste. 300, Rocklin, CA 95765-3755.
