The property consists of 533 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 445 units of commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation; 511 units of various untaxed tobacco products; 905 units of various untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 180 units of various untaxed nicotine vape products; 1,974 units of various untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; and 1,514 units of various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on July 10, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Inc., located at 1000 Melody Ln Ste. 100, Roseville, CA 95678-5168.
