The property consists of 672 units other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 248 units other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 573 units nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,640 units flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 40 units of other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30416, on July 10, 2025, at 10:25 a.m. from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Inc., located at 5050 Rocklin Rd. Ste. A5, Rocklin, CA 95677-4414.
