The property consists of 529 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 73 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 665 units of various brands other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 387 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,825 units of various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers; 67 units of various brands cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business; 43 units of various brands cannabis edible products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 65 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on July 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Smoke Shop, located at 1240 Sunset Blvd., Ste 500, Rocklin, CA 95765-3779.
