The property consists of 309 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 163 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, and 1,954 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on July 10, 2025 at 11:45 a.m. from Millenium Inc., DBA: Millenium Smoke Shop, located at 102 E Main St., Grass Valley, CA 95945-6506.
