TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 22 packs of untaxed flavored cigarettes, 12 packs of taxed flavored cigarettes, 111 units of untaxed flavored other tobacco products, 76 units of taxed flavored other tobacco products, 37 units of untaxed flavored nicotine vape, and 47 units of various brands flavor enhancers wraps. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on June 17, 2025, at 10:34 AM from M N Azabo Inc., DBA Mirage Liquor, located at 1096 Broadway Ste 101, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
