TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of: 72 units of various other tobacco products, 22 units of various nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 48 units of OCB card flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 394 grams of various cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business, 15 units of various cannabis vape products, unlicensed cannabis business, and 11 units of various other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on August 4, 2025, at 3:40 p.m. from M&J Davidson Inc., DBA: M.J.’s Chest, located at 18365 State Highway 108, Jamestown, CA 95327-9615.
