The property consists of 120 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, duty-free cigarettes, 19 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, duty-free, flavor ban cigarettes, 31 packs of unstamped, duty-free, flavor ban cigarettes,13 units of untaxed tobacco products, 56 units of untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products, and 17 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, on March 11, 2026, at 1:51 p.m. from MLK Mini Mart LLC, dba: MLK Mini Mart, located at 801 E. California Ave., Ste. B, Bakersfield, CA 93307-1147.
