The property consists 250 packs of various brand cigarettes, unstamped / Missouri stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 982 units of other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products; 2,594 units of other tobacco products and nicotine vape products, various brands, various types, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 776 units of flavor enhancers products, various brands, various types, flavor ban flavor enhancers; 395 units of THC vape, various brands, various types, unlicensed cannabis business; 33 units of other cannabis products, Stiizy brand prerolls, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on January 22, 2026, at 2:42 p.m., from Monterey Smokeshop LLC, DBA: Monterey Smokeshop located at 16860 Monterey Rd. Ste B, Morgan Hill, CA 95037-9754.
