The property consists of 14 packs of unstamped/Nevada stamped cigarettes, 18 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 5 packs of non-MSA cigarettes, and 145 units of flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code 30436 on June 16, 2025, at 10:04 a.m. from Mt. Village Express, Inc., DBA: Mt. Village Express, Inc., located at 107 S. Mill St., Tehachapi, CA 93561.
