The property consists of 41 grams cannabis flower and 302 units cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 505 units universal symbol violation; 11 cartons and 23 packs of various brand cigarettes, non-MSA. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on November 7, 2024, at 11:45 a.m. from Murphy Street Smoke & Gift Shop, DBA: Murphy Street Smoke and Gift Shop, located at 114 S. Murphy St., Sunnyvale, CA 94086.
