The property consists of 80 units of various brands nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco; 35 units of cannabis vape devices, unlicensed cannabis business; 8 units of various brands cannabis edibles, unlicensed cannabis business; 134 units of various brands other cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 45 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; and 7,577 units of commercial packaging bags, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code 22974.3(b) on September 9, 2024, at 11:45 a.m. from Naser Investment Inc DBA: MVP Smoke Shop, located at 2951 Harbor St., Ste B, Pittsburg, CA 94565-5460.
