The property consists of 92 units of various untaxed branded other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, and flavor ban tobacco products; 15 units of various untaxed branded nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, and flavor ban tobacco products; 65 units of various untaxed branded enhancer products, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on November 14, 2025, at 12:40 p.m. from Nine Liquor #2 Inc, DBA: Nine Liquor #2, located at 1322 E Chapman Ave., Fullerton, CA 92831-3954.
