The property consists of: 14 packs, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,130 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 467 units untaxed nicotine vape, flavor ban tobacco products; 323 units flavor ban flavor enhancers, 12 units THC vapes devices, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; 22 units cannabis edibles, various brands, unlicensed cannabis business; 59 units other cannabis products, various brands, pre-rolls, unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 7, 2026, at 1:05 p.m. from Noho's Finest Inc, DBA: Noho's Finest, located at 5012 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601-4222.
