The property consists of: 19 units of untaxed tobacco products, 14 packs of U.S. Tax Exempt and unstamped cigarettes; 1 pack of unstamped cigarettes; 5 packs of Missouri state stamped and unstamped cigarettes; 7 units of cannabis universal symbol violations; 131 grams of cannabis flower at an unlicensed cannabis business; 435 units of various cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and 30436 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, on October 23, 2024, at 1:25 p.m. from Number 1 Smoke Shop Inc, DBA: Number 1 Smoke Shop, located at 4646 Pine St., Riverside, CA 92501-4007.
