The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 55 units of other tobacco products, cigarillos, various brands, various flavors for flavor ban tobacco products; 112 units of nicotine vape, various brands, various flavors, disposable devices for flavor ban tobacco products; and 46 units of flavor enhancers, King Palm for flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 on December 4, 2025, at 12:50 p.m., from Old Town Cigars, Inc., DBA: Old Town Cigars, located at 2173 Ventura Blvd., Camarillo, CA 93010-7934.
