The property consists of 1,100 packs unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, Non-MSA, flavor ban cigarettes; 450 packs unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, flavor ban cigarettes; 200 cartons unstamped, U.S. Tax Exempt, non-MSA cigarettes; and 115 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436 on December 15, 2025, at 05:50 PM from Omar Alnaimi, DBA: Omar Alnaimi, located at Interstate 5 North – Camp Pendleton, Las Pulgas Rd., CA 92055.
