The property consists of: 317 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 40 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 38 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers and 18 units of various cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on June 8, 2026, at 12:30 pm from Salahaldeen Kassim Alwishah, DBA: Onelovevibez and Giftz, located at 67850 Vista Chino Ste 101 Cathedral City, CA 92234.
