The property consists of 30 packs non-MSA cigarettes, 9 packs unstamped flavor ban non-MSA cigarettes, 16 packs unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 7 packs flavor ban non-MSA cigarettes, 10 packs flavor ban cigarettes, 692 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, and 247 units flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation code section 30436 on March 25, 2026, at 11:08 a.m. from Sam Somo dba One Stop Market, located at 4770 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92056-3053.
