The property consists of 3 single sticks unstamped, duty free, and non-MSA Denim brand cigarettes; 1 pack non-MSA and flavor ban Kool brand cigarettes; 10 packs unstamped, U.S. tax exempt, non-MSA, and flavor ban Kool brand cigarettes; 27 single sticks unstamped Marlboro brand cigarettes; 29 single sticks unstamped, tax exempt for use outside U.S., and flavor ban Newport brand cigarettes; 4,379 units various brands flavor ban tobacco and nicotine vape products; 7 units OCB brand flavor ban flavor enhancers; 272 units cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 3 units commercial packages, boxes cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on May 19, 2025, at 9:52 a.m. from Ayman A. Bastawesy, DBA: Orange Market & Tobacco, located at 16418 Orange Ave., Paramount, CA 90723-4849.
