The property consists of 2,154 grams of unbranded cannabis flower and 207 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 62 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; and 578 units of various flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on March 26, 2025, at 3:55 p.m. from Billy Mallard, DBA: Overhill AKA Ladera Holistic Care, located at 3662 ½ W Slauson Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90043-2931.
