The property consists of 28 grams of cannabis flower and196 units of cannabis products from an unlicensed cannabis business; and 22 units of universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016, on April 16, 2026, at 3:07 p.m. from Smoke Station Ince, DBA: Panama Discount Smoke Station, located at 4004 Panama Ln. Ste. 300, Bakersfield, CA 93313.
