The property consists of 141 packs of unstamped flavor ban cigarettes, 29 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 4 packs of non-MSA flavor ban cigarettes, 1 pack of non-MSA untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, and 817 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 30436, on April 16, 2026, at 3:07 p.m. from Smoke Station Inc, DBA: Panama Discount Smoke Station, located at 4004 Panama Ln. Ste. 300, Bakersfield, CA 93313.
