TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 17 packs of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 11 units of other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 245 units of other tobacco products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 25 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 85 units of other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; and 95 units various flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on October 22, 2025, at 5:10 p.m. from H & R Business Inc, DBA: Parkway Liquors located at 4380 Sonoma Blvd. Ste. 381, Vallejo, CA 94589-2270.
