The property consists of 10 packs of Marlboro brand stamped cigarettes, flavor ban tobacco products, 689 units of various brands other tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products, 120 units of various brands nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products, and 158 units of various brands flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code 22974.2 on March 20, 2025, at 3:34 p.m. from Daljit Singh DBA: Pershing Gas for Less, located at 4445 N Pershing Ave, Stockton, CA 95207.
