462 units taxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 455 taxed nicotine vape products, flavor ban tobacco products; 508 units flavor ban, flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on June 17, 2026, at 12:40 p.m. from Petes Tobacco LLC, DBA: Petes Tobacco, located at 914 S. Baldwin Ave., Ste. 914, Arcadia, CA 91007-6703.
