TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of three packs (60 sticks) of taxed flavor ban cigarettes, 20 packs (400 sticks) of Non-Master Settlement Agreement untaxed flavor ban cigarettes, 1,415 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 1,421 units of taxed flavor ban other tobacco products, 898 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, 922 units of taxed flavor ban nicotine vape products, and 817 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers of various tobacco or tobacco products. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on May 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. from, H&M Tobacco Inc DBA: Petra Tobacco, located at 2515 W. Carson St., Ste. 102, Torrance, CA 90503-6160.
