TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC: 42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 14 packs unstamped and counterfeit stamp cigarettes, 31 packs unstamped and tax-exempt cigarettes, 15 packs flavor ban cigarettes, 2,566 items various brands flavor ban tobacco products, 447 items various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers, and 354 grams of cannabis flower and 464 units of cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30474.1, 34016 and Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on April 30, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. from BF Investment Group LLC, DBA: Playa Del Rey Smoke and Vape, located at 8416 Pershing Dr. Ste. B, Playa Del Rey, CA 90293-7875.
