The property consists of: 141 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 382 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 19 units of flavor enhancers; and 622 units of cannabis universal symbol violations. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on June 11, 2026, at 3:05 p.m. from Rialto Smoke & Vape DBA: Pomona Smoke & Vape, located at 636 E Arrow Hwy Pomona CA 91767-2245.
