The property consists of: 4,067 grams of cannabis flower, various brands, various flavors, unlicensed cannabis business; 168 units of THC vape, various brands, disposable device, unlicensed cannabis business; 161 units of cannabis edibles, various brands, various flavors, unlicensed cannabis business; 297 units of other cannabis products, various brands, various flavors, unlicensed cannabis business; and 4 units, universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016 on February 26, 2026, at 5:10 p.m. from Vista del Mar Properties, Inc. DBA: Port Side Dispensary located at 105 E Anaheim St., Wilmington, CA 90744-4513.
