The property consists of: 306 units flavor ban tobacco products; 520 units untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1 units untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 181 units flavor ban flavor enhancer. This property was seized pursuant to and Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3 on January 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. from Ghassan Salama, et al, DBA: Prestige Liquor, located at 7263 Carnelian St, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701.
