The property consists of 85 units of various untaxed tobacco products and 19 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 3,534 grams of cannabis flower and 709 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 339 units of various cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant of Business Professions Code sections 22974.2, 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on May 22, 2025, at 10:35 a.m. from Jamie Blake Swidecki, et al, DBA: Prime Time Collective/Prime Time CLTV, located at 2100 S. Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93304-5244.
