TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 11,427 grams of flower and 1,036 units (91 units of THC vapes, 137 units of edibles, and 808 units of other cannabis products) of various cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on November 06, 2025, at 8:10 p.m. from, Project 8, A Cannabis Dispensary DBA Project 8, located at 7871 S. Western Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90047.
