TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of: 82 packs of Missouri stamped and unstamped cigarettes; 3 packs of US tax exempt Missouri stamped and unstamped Non-MSA brand cigarettes; 66 units of untaxed tobacco products; 32 packs of Missouri stamped and unstamped flavor ban cigarettes; 2,381 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 272 units of flavor enhancers; 144 units of cannabis vape products at an unlicensed cannabis business; 14 units of cannabis edibles at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 506 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3 and 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on June 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. from Aghaby Trading Inc, DBA: Puff & Glass, located at 1648 Indian Hill Blvd. Ste A Pomona, CA 91767.
