The property consists of: 1 pack of flavor ban cigarettes; 170 units of untaxed tobacco products; 2,193 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; 1,204 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape products; 725 units of flavor enhancers; 11 units of cannabis edibles at an unlicensed cannabis business; and 147 units of other cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. The property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.3, and 22974.2 and Revenue and Taxation Code Section 34016 on June 8, 2026, at 4:05 p.m. from Puffnup Catcity Inc, DBA: Puffnup Cat City Smoke Shop, located at 35440 Date Palm Dr. Cathedral City, CA 92234.
