The property consists of seizure of 275 units of various untaxed tobacco products; 523 units of various untaxed flavor ban tobacco products; and 20 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on October 7, 2025, at 11:41 a.m. from Puff Puff Geneva LLC, DBA: Puff Puff Geneva located at 1244 Geneva Ave., San Francisco, CA 94112-3824.
