The property consists of 246 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; 34 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products; 48 various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products; 169 units of various other tobacco products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 256 units of various nicotine vape products, untaxed tobacco products, flavor ban tobacco products; 295 units of various tobacco flavor enhancers, flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.3, 22974.2, and Revenue Taxation Code section 34016, on October 7, 2025, at 11:35 a.m. from Puff Puff Sunset LLC, DBA: Puff Puff Sunset, located at 4644 Geary Blvd., San Francisco, CA 94118-2907.
