The property consists of 75 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 6,754 units of untaxed flavor ban tobacco products, and 599 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant of Business and Professions Code section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on December 17, 2025, at 12:05 p.m. from Puff Stuff Inc, DBA: Puff Stuff, located at 309 W. Carrillo St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
