The property consists of 354 units of various untaxed flavor ban products and 256 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 22974.2 and 22974.3, on July 21, 2026, at 10:13 a.m. from Quicky Mart, Inc., DBA: Quicky Mart located at 421 N. Chester Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93308.
