The property consists of 289 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 90 units of taxed flavor ban tobacco products; 106 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; 20 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers; and 210 units of commercial packaging, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Codes 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code 34016 on May 5, 2026, at 2:50 p.m. from Taher Mohamed Ahmed, DBA: Rainbow Market & Smoke Shop, located at 934 N. Sanborn Rd, Salinas, CA 93905-1309.
