The property consists of: 3 packs of Texas stamped and unstamped cigarettes; 13 units untaxed and flavor ban nicotine vape products; 205 units flavor ban tobacco products; 82 flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3 on January 28, 2026, at 12:15 PM from R and R Liquor Inc., DBA: R and R Liquor, located at 871 N. Rancho Ave., Colton, CA 92324.
