The property consists of 129 packs unstamped, out-of-state stamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 20 packs 11 sticks unstamped, flavor ban cigarettes; 1,070 units untaxed, flavor ban tobacco products; 64 units flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on April 24, 2025, at 11:54 a.m. from Red Wolf 2 LLC, DBA: Red Wolf Gift Shop, located at 10329 International Blvd., Oakland, CA 94603-3219.
