The property consists of: 3,564 units of various other tobacco products, various brands, various flavors; 1,445 units nicotine vape products, various brands, various flavors; 836 units of flavor ban, flavor enhancers, various brands, various flavors; 58 packs of Nat's brand cigarettes, non-MSA cigarettes, 80 packs of flavor ban cigarettes, 263 units of other cannabis products, various brands, various flavors, 18 units of edibles, various brands, various flavors, and 21 units of cannabis universal symbol, commercial packaging, boxes. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code sections 34016 and 30436, June 17, 2026, at 11:05 a.m. from R&G Elite Group Inc., DBA: R&G Elite Group Inc., located at 110 E Foothill Blvd, Arcadia, CA 91106-2505.
