TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The property consists of 10 packs of unstamped, non-MSA, and US Tax Exempt Burton brand Green 100's cigarettes; 18 packs of unstamped, Non-MSA, flavor ban, and US Tax Exempt Camel brand cigarettes; 22 packs of unstamped and US Tax Exempt Newport brand cigarettes; 43 packs of unstamped and flavor ban Newport brand cigarettes; 1 pack of flavor ban Seneca brand Menthol 100's cigarettes; 471 units of untaxed and flavor ban various brands nicotine vape products; 909 units of flavor ban various brands tobacco products; and 785 units of various brands flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 22974.2, 22974.3, and Revenue and Taxation Code section 30436, on March 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. from Caio A. Gesualdi, DBA Rio Smoke Shop, located at 3476 Whittier Blvd., Suite 104, Los Angeles, CA 90023-1754.
