The property consists of 2,903 grams of various unbranded cannabis flower, 102 units of various THC vape, 147 units of various cannabis edibles, 1,561 units of various other cannabis products; unlicensed cannabis business, and 196 commercial packaging, bags; cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on February 20, 2025, at 11:50 a.m. from Michael C. Molina, DBA: River Blvd. Smoke Shop located at 2111 River Blvd., Bakersfield, CA 93305-3007.
