The property consists of 84 packs of untaxed flavor ban cigarettes; 1,333 units of untaxed other tobacco products; 1,645 units of untaxed flavor ban other tobacco products; 1,071 units of untaxed flavor ban nicotine vape; and 280 units of flavor ban flavor enhancers. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 22974.2 and 22974.3, on May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. from RM Tobacco Shop & Market, DBA RM Tobacco Shop & Market, located at 8505 Rosecrans Ave. Unit 6, Paramount, CA 90723-3669.
