TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: Any person having any right, title, or interest in the following property, may, within twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice, file a verified petition stating his or her interest in the property, and requesting the release or recovery on the grounds that the property was erroneously or illegally seized. The verified petition requesting release or recovery of the property must be filed with the Inspections Bureau; California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, PO Box 942879; MIC:42, Sacramento, CA 94279-0042.

The property consists of 14 cartons and 46 packs of various non-MSA cigarettes and 301 grams and 2,458 units cannabis or cannabis products at an unlicensed cannabis business. This property was seized pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code sections 30436 and 34016, on October 23, 2024, at 3:10 p.m. from Rodeo Smoke Shop, DBA: Rodeo Smoke Shop, located at 133 W. Orangethorpe Ave., Fullerton, CA 92832-2901.
